Ashley A. Laiken, ESQ.

Ashley Laiken received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in 2005. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 2010. Ashley began her legal career as a medical malpractice defense attorney working for a premier medical malpractice firm.

Following this, Ashley left the medical malpractice field to volunteer for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office with the Trial Attorney Partnership program to gain the skills in the courtroom she knew she would need to represent her clients from intake to trial. During her time there, she gained invaluable litigation and trial experience which set the stage for her future career aspirations.

Ashley also worked for a premier general civil defense firm in Long Beach defending corporations in personal injury lawsuits. In 2016, she finally left the defense world to work for a prestigious plaintiff personal injury firm. Ashley brought with her the experience and skills she had amassed as a trial attorney and a defense attorney. Ashley’s experience coupled with her passion for being the voice of the people allowed her to achieve several six and seven figure settlements and verdicts for her clients. There is nothing more valuable to her than knowing she assisted a family with putting their lives back on track after a disastrous life event.

In 2019, Ashley founded Laiken Law Group with the desire to provide personalized and effective legal representation for her clients. Her clients are not simply file numbers. They become her friends, and because of this, Ashley is superbly skilled at telling the story of each individual client at mediation and trial. The result is a solid track record of success for her clients.
